The Right of Way (ROW) module can be used to collect, update and retrieve ROW information. |

The ROW overlay (parcels along the pipeline in
geographical form) is connected with data (owner
and tenant addresses and crossing data) in a relational
database structure.
The tool manages the following data:
· Land parcels
· Crossings
· Contracts
· Owners
· Occupiers |

The data may have differing relationships e.g. a land parcel will often have multiple owners. A land parcel will often have multiple occupiers.
The user can easily identify the owner(s), occupier(s) and contracts for any land parcel or easement and find all land parcels for an owner, occupier.
The user can update owners/occupiers in relation to parcels/easements.
The user also has a facility to generate documents from templates. |
