Pipeline Manager Observer is an in-vehicle GIS system for surveillance activities, mostly used for airborne pipeline surveillance. It allows the inspector to record observations, with GPS data, at the time of observation. |

Pipeline Manager Observer allows the inspector to record results immediately as observations are made, in a form that can be supplied as digital data to the operator. This can produce substantial cost savings by eliminating time consuming post inspection analysis and report writing.
Any operator supplied information such as routes, known activities, permits and expected activities can be loaded into Pipeline Manager Observer and is available for immediate use.
The automated moving map displays, GPS linkage, tablet PC optimised and definable observation types minimise the effort required to record observations so that the inspector is free to concentrate on the main task at hand.
